The communication with Andrea Davis, was very professional and quick, even after the usual hours. She helped to pick good items for our campaign. The company provided excellent suggestions on how to place the logo on the promotional items and the shipping was timely. The overall quality was very good for the price. When an issue with the shipping arose because of a mistake by UPS, Andrea took care of it immediately and the lost shipment was replaced before the event. I can only recommend BallyHoo Concepts.

Andrea is fantastic to work with. She is happy to provide samples (and personally drop off) any products you are interested in, turns quotes around quickly, and ensures customer satisfaction. She is also great at deadlines. If you tell her a date, she will get it done for then, and is always on me to ensure that projects are kept on time.
